"So," Harry murmurs into Draco's ear. "What do you think?"

Draco's gaze doesn't stray from the scene in front of him. Swarms of people are walking down the street, waving rainbow flags and embrace their partners without a care as to who can see them. He can't quite wrap his mind around it.

"I wish we had something like this," Draco whispers the words like he's afraid if he speaks too loudly it'll ruin the magic of it all. "The Wizarding World, I mean."

Harry considers him for a moment, then presses a kiss into his neck.

"We'll start one."

more notes: obvs lgbtqia+ people will have existed in the wizarding world forever and they probably did have some secret events along the lines of pride parades but the wizarding world is so behind the muggle world in terms of acceptance that i really don't think they wouldn't have had anything even close to the muggle equivalent of a pride parade.
