[promo] book_challenge

when i was perusing snowflake_challenge entries i noticed that quite a few people had 'read more' on their goals list and i remember seeing on siberian_skys post that they wished there were a dw community similar to 50bookchallenge. 

i agreed with wanting a dw book community so...i created one! it's called book_challenge and the ideea behind it is that it's a place to encourage yourself and others to read. you can set a goal of reading 1 book or 1000 or not officially set a number goal at all! you can also post reviews and recommendations and i just recently made a post about 2018 reading challenges you might want to try!

this is my first time trying to make a comm happen so i really hope this doesn't completely flop, lol. fingers crossed!
