“It’s a grilled cheese, Richie.” 

 

“Best grilled cheese I’ve ever had in my life, shit. What’d you put in this? Fucking heroin?”

 

“It’s just apple and Fontina on pumpernickel with some tarragon Dijon.” 

 

“Oh, just apple and fontina on pumpernickel,” Richie mocks. “Get outta here. Just a fucking grilled cheese, my ass. We should be charging these assholes two Hamiltons for this.”

 

“Well, that was my lunch, asshole,” Carmy reaches out his hand. “Hand it over.”
